Associate Professor of History of Education at the Department of Psychology and Education of the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Vila Real, Portugal, since 2002.
Researcher at the Philosophy Institute University of Oporto, Portugal.
My main interests are History of Education and the relations between School and Society.
